Our Order Lead Time is three to four weeks

Please note that our goods are hand stitched to order and the process takes time. The result is a unique heirloom made with honor especially for you. 

Taxes

As a Vermont based business we are obligated to collect a 6% sales tax on behalf of the Green Mountain State for all orders shipped or sold within Vermont. Customers outside of Vermont may be responsible for sales taxes relevant to their state, territory or country.

Shipping

We ship all domestic US orders with USPS Priority.

For international orders - select "Pickup" and "International Shipping." We will be in contact to determine a shipping plan that will work best.

Local folks are welcome to schedule an appointment to pick up orders from our studio in Burlington, VT. Select “studio pickup” from shipping options and when your order is ready we will send you an email with a link to schedule your pickup.


Returns

We allow a two-week window upon order receipt to return goods purchased for any personal reasoning. In the case of a return: the products must be returned unused in original packaging with tags. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges plus a 5% restocking fee. Once the return has been received, we will thoroughly inspect it and compare it to our product log (every product is photographed and documented before shipping to customer). Once we have concluded that the products are in their original condition, we will issue a refund of the product’s price less 5% and initial shipping charges to the original payment method. 


Repairs

We are confident that our materials and processes produce highly durable goods. However, life is complicated and sometimes repairs are needed. If a repair is needed due to a construction malfunction: a seam unraveling, a rivet or hardware piece breaking, we assume responsibility and will repair the product and cover shipping charges. If a repair is needed due to accident or improper use/care: we will work with the customer to determine a plan that will best address that specific repair. In these cases the customer will be responsible for any material costs and shipping charges.
